Cole Palmer has not travelled with the Chelsea squad to face Crystal Palace in the Premier League today.

The talismanic forward has struggled with injuries throughout this campaign, and missed the Blues’ midweek Champions League defeat of Pafos with a muscle strain.

Speaking on Wednesday, head coach Liam Rosenior had said he was confident Palmer could be involved against Palace, even suggesting he may be fit to start, but the forward has not been named in the matchday squad at Selhurst Park.
