Senegal walk off the pitch after penalty awarded to Morocco in 98th minute... but eventually return

T he Senegalese national team decided to leave the field after the referee pointed to the penalty spot in favor of Morocco after Brahim Diaz fell in the 98th minute. Minutes later, it was Sadio Mane himself who went to the dressing room to ask his teammates to return to the field to avoid any kind of sanction. The score was 0-0 and in the play prior to this action the referee invalidated a goal by Senegal scored by Abdoulaye Seck for a previous foul with the subsequent anger of the Senegalese players.
