Alexander Isak injury update: Liverpool fear lengthy lay-off for record £125m signing after he limped off at Tottenham - but ACL damage is RULED OUT

Liverpool are preparing to see Alexander Isak sidelined for a significant amount of time after their blockbuster summer striker was injured against Tottenham - but the Sweden international is not thought to have suffered an ACL injury.
Isak is set to undergo further scans in a bid to assess the injury fully, but the lower leg injury is thought be set to keep Isak from action for some time.
Since his £125million move from Newcastle this summer, Isak's time at Anfield has been blighted by injuries that have seen him unable to find his best form at his new club.
