Bournemouth star Antoine Semenyo could decide on his next club as soon as today, it has been claimed. The Ghana international is one of the Premier League's most in-demand players, with a release clause making a January move away from the Vitality Stadium a strong possibility.
The Cherries will allow potential suitors to speak to their top scorer if they receive a £65million bid , but only if that bid arrives by January 10. The agreement, entered into when Semenyo signed a new deal over the summer, is thought to be designed to give Andoni Iraola's team time to find a replacement.
If no agreement is reached this season, Semenyo's release clause is believed to drop to £60m in the summer window. However, Sky Sports reports that he might not even wait until the new year to decide on his next move.
Manchester United and Manchester City are among the clubs to have been linked with the former Bristol City star, who has eight goals and three assists in the Premier League this season. Arsenal and Tottenham were also mentioned as potential destinations over the summer, but the Gunners' moves for Ebere Eze and Noni Madueke mean they look less likely to break the bank.
Liverpool were also linked over the summer, opting instead to move for other targets. Among them was Alexander Isak, and an injury to the Reds' record buy could prompt them to return for Semenyo in January.
Semenyo scored again over the weekend, though it wasn't enough for victory against Burnley . The goal was his second in as many matches after scoring his team's first in their 4-4 draw away to Manchester United.
After the Burnley game, Bournemouth boss Iraola was asked about interest in Semenyo. "He is a massive player for us. It is not a big secret," he said.

Over the weekend, it was reported that Manchester United were ready to go 'all out' to land Semenyo . The Red Devils added around £200m worth of attacking talent in the summer, though one of those new additions - Cameroon forward Bryan Mbeumo - is currently away at the Africa Cup of Nations.
United boss Ruben Amorim met Semenyo earlier in the year , and there have been suggestions he sees the Cherries star as someone who can operate as a wing-back after successfully moving winger Amad into a similar role.
"The only thing we know is that we only would try to bring players that we think are going to be the future," Amorim said when asked about new additions in January. "It's not going to be to save something in this moment, to cope with the losses of three players for AFCON. It’s not going to be like that, even if we try to bring one player, maybe it's not the position that we need more.
"We will try to bring now – and in the end of the season – players that are perfect for our future. I don't know what is going to happen, but it's possible that we can do something."
