Arsenal are aiming to book their place in the League Cup semi-finals for a second consecutive season when they meet Crystal Palace in the quarter-final stage. The Gunners head into the tie in confident mood after putting together a run of three straight wins against Everton , Wolves and Club Brugge.

Mikel Arteta's men beat Palace in the Premier League back in October, securing a narrow 1-0 victory courtesy of a strike from former Eagles star Eberechi Eze . They also knocked them out of the League Cup at the same stage last season, clinching a 3-2 victory in December 2024.

Palace, meanwhile, have found things far tougher of late. The south London outfit have shipped nine goals across their previous three matches, taking heavy losses against Manchester City and Leeds , as well as being frustrated by a draw with KuPS to round off a testing period.

Arsenal take on Crystal Palace in the League Cup quarter-finals at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday, December 23. Kick-off is scheduled for 8pm UK time.

Arsenal have enjoyed strong recent results against Crystal Palace, winning seven of the last eight clashes between the two sides, including a thrilling 3-2 success in last season's League Cup quarter-final.

The north London club have also recorded several convincing victories in recent years, including a 5-1 win in December 2024, a 5-0 result in January 2024 and a 4-1 triumph in March 2023.

Palace last beat Arsenal in April 2022 with a 3-0 win. In total, the Eagles have picked up only two victories in their past 15 meetings with the Gunners.
