🚨 BREAKING: Fabio Paratici set to exit Tottenham after January window

Tottenham are set for another operational shuffle in the English capital, with Co-Sporting Director Fabio Paratici set to exit the club at the end of the month.

The 53-year-old executive is primed to return to Italy and take up a new position with struggling Serie A side Fiorentina come February.

Paratici was approached by Viola just over two months after his reappointment at Spurs , per the Athletic's David Ornstein, and will have the arduous task of getting the club back on track amid its relegation scrap across the 2025/26 campaign.

Until the end of the month, the former chief observer and head of scouting for Sampdoria, and chief football officer for Juventus, will remain in the English capital to help Tottenham navigate the remainder of the January transfer window.

Under the reign of Thomas Frank, Tottenham have struggled to click this term and currently sit 14th in the Premier League table, with Paratici in position to leave one or two needed parting gifts before opening a new chapter.
