The future of Mohamed Salah is on the table at Liverpool this Monday, following the Egyptian's explosive media outburst. According to Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney, Salah is no longer welcome in the Liverpool Reds squad.
Now working as a pundit, Wayne Rooney has joined the long list of critical voices against Mohamed Salah. Rooney believes the Liverpool forward is putting his legacy at risk, especially after the Egyptian declared on Saturday that he felt "thrown under the bus" by the club and stated that his relationship with coach Arne Slot was broken.

"He is completely destroying his legacy at Liverpool. It would be a shame for him to ruin everything. Arne Slot must assert his authority and call him out, telling him, 'You're not traveling with the team, what you said is unacceptable.' Go to AFCON and let things cool down. If it were up to me, there’s no way he’d be in the squad. This needs to be sorted out quickly, one way or another," Rooney stated on his podcast, The Wayne Rooney Show.
