Bournemouth defender Marcos Senesi remains a doubt for Monday’s Premier League clash with Manchester United .
Senesi has only missed one game this season and has been a vital part of Andoni Iraola’s defensive unit.
The Argentine international started last weekend’s 0-0 home draw with Chelsea , but was forced off after 62 minutes after requiring medical treatment five minutes earlier.
After the game, Iraola insisted he did not want to take any risks with the defender, saying: ‘He was feeling cramps. I have my hopes because he didn’t feel something specific but we have to make sure that there is no small injury there.’
Bournemouth take on United on Monday , and Iraola admitted that Senesi will face a late fitness test to be included in the squad for the trip up to Old Trafford .
‘I think it’s a similar picture than we had past week,’ the Spaniard said in his pre-match press conference on Friday.
‘Marcos was the one that finished the game with some cramps and still is dealing with some issues there, but there is not a proper muscle injury.

‘So we hope he’s available also for Monday, but we are not still sure. It’s strange because we still have three more days, so it’s difficult to know what’s going to happen, but should be very similar from past weekend.’
Elsewhere, Veljko Milosavljevic, Matai Akinmboni, Ryan Christie and Ben Doak remain sidelined with injury, while Lewis Cook will serve the final match of his three-game suspension following a red card.
United, meanwhile, will make late calls on the fitness of Harry Maguire , Matthijs de Ligt and Benjamin Sesko who are close to returning from their respective injuries.

All three were not seen in training on Thursday, with Ruben Amorim expected to provide an update in his press conference on Friday afternoon.
The Red Devils will hope to include Amad Diallo, Bryan Mbeumo and Noussair Mazraoui one last time before they all depart for the AFCON .
Bournemouth hold an impressive recent record against United and are unbeaten in their last four competitive fixtures against Amorim’s side.
The Cherries have won their last two games at Old Trafford, both by a convincing 3-0 scoreline, but Iraola is not taking anything for granted despite their recent successes.
‘I don’t know how much it (their previous wins at Old Trafford) helps, he said. ‘We can see it from different points of view.
‘It’s true that we also played pre season against United. They beat us 4-1. They were much better than us and we have good experiences against them, also the bad experience from the pre season.
‘I think there are different circumstances and I think we start from zero and I don’t pay too much attention. Sometimes, obviously you see the game but the teams have changed, especially us a lot and also them. And I don’t expect a lot of similarities.’
