Thomas Frank is now the favourite to be the next Premier League manager to lose their job and a top flight rival is fancied to replace him at Tottenham .
Spurs are having a difficult season so far, with a 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest on Sunday their latest disappointing result.
The loss was their sixth in 16 Premier League outings and leaves them 11th in the table.
Their Champions League campaign has been more acceptable, sitting 11th in that table as well, but just one point off the top eight after six games.
The bad loss at the City Ground has piled the pressure on Frank, though, and he has further tests to come against Liverpool and Crystal Palace before the end of the month.
Betfair have installed the Dane as favourite to be the fifth Premier League manager to leave during the 2025/26 season at 2/1.
He would follow Nuno Espirito Santo and Ange Postecoglou , who both left Nottingham Forest this season, Vitor Pereira at Wolves, and Graham Potter at West Ham.

The early odds to be the next Tottenham manager have made Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner favourite for the job.
The Austrian could not be described as a hot favourite, with BetVictor making him 5/1 to be the next permanent Spurs boss.
The Eagles manager is ahead of the likes of Andoni Iraola and Marco Silva, who come in at 8/1.

Former Celtic and Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers is also considered a contender by the bookmakers, although he is reportedly close to joining Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah.
Frank was asked about his Tottenham future after the damaging loss to Forest and said he expects to be given time to find success at the club.
The 52-year-old only joined the club from Brentford in June and has taken charge of 25 games.
‘I can’t see why not,’ he said on being given time. ‘I think it’s pretty evident that if no one gets the time, no one can turn this around. This is not a quick fix.’
Former Tottenham striker Gary Lineker has called for Frank to be given time, pointing out that Spurs finished in a lowly 17th last season and missed out on some key transfer targets over the summer.
‘I can’t see why he would be under pressure at the moment. You’ve got to remember as well that Tottenham finished 17th last season,’ Lineker said on The Rest Is Football.
