PSG-OM: Trophée des Champions date confirmed

The date of this season’s Trophée des Champions , which will be contested between Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille , has been revealed by the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP).
The Trophée des Champions pits the winners of last season’s Ligue 1 campaign against the winners of the Coupe de France . Last season, as was the case the season prior, PSG won both. In that event, it is the second-place finisher in Ligue 1 that is pitted against the league champions.
Last season, that was AS Monaco, who were beaten in the dying seconds by a Ousmane Dembélé winner in Qatar. The match, traditionally the season curtain raiser, has now been given a time, date, and location. Once again, it will not take place on French soil.
PSG and Marseille will face off for the trophy on 8th January 2026 at 19:00 (CET). The Trophée des Champions will take place in Kuwait.
