🚨 UEFA path set as 2026 World Cup play-off draw made

The draw for the UEFA play-offs to reach the 2026 World Cup has been made in Zurich.

Twelve group winners (Germany, Switzerland , Scotland , France , Spain , Portugal , Netherlands , Austria , Norway , Belgium , England and Croatia) have already booked their ticket to North America next summer - leaving four more places up for grabs.

The group runners-up plus four Nations League winners will compete in one-legged semi-finals before advancing to a play-off final to determine to will make up the last UEFA representatives to qualify.

The full draw is as follows:

Italy/Northern Ireland v Wales /Bosnia and Herzegovina

Ukraine/Sweden v Poland /Albania

Türkiye/Romania v Slovakia /Kosovo

Denmark/North Macedonia v Czechia/Republic of Ireland

The fixtures will take place at the end of March 2026.
