This weekend, Liverpool face Bournemouth away from home in the Premier League . Arne Slot's side stuttered in the league last weekend, drawing 1-1 with Burnley , though they are five games unbeaten.

Accompanying the chaos of the season right now is the January transfer window , with less than two weeks to go before it slams shut. Marc Guehi, who almost joined Liverpool on deadline day last summer, signed for rivals Manchester City, leaving Liverpool in search of a different centre-back.

Whether Mohamed Salah remains at the club through the summer remains to be seen and Richard Hughes would be wise to start looking for potential replacements. As well as this, there could be outgoings at the club before the window shuts. Mirror Football takes a look at all the big transfer news coming out of Anfield today.

Red Bull boss Oliver Mitzlaff said: "Even if an offer of €80 or €90 million comes in, he’s still here."

Able to operate on either wing, Diomande could be a potential successor to Salah at Liverpool and at just 19, he could be a long-term solution should the Egyptian King leave.

On a TikTok live stream in November, he said: "I want to play at Anfield. I want to play for Liverpool. I’m a big fan of Liverpool. I want to play for Liverpool. I’m a huge Liverpool fan. My dad dreams of seeing me play at Anfield!"

RTI Esporte are reporting that Liverpool are interested in signing Wolverhampton Wanderers star Andre.

Liverpool have apparently shown concrete interest in the 24-year-old midfielder, who may seek a move away if Wolves get relegated from the Premier League.

The report even says that Liverpool "intend to make an offer" for the Brazilian, who is valued at around £25m. Clubs from Italy, Turkey, and France are also interested in acquiring his services.
