Manchester United supporters are being offered the chance to tour the club's new Carrington training complex. If fans are willing to pay £100, they will be able to take in the workplace of the likes of Bryan Mbeumo and Bruno Fernandes as part of Old Trafford stadium tours.
The new option will see them ferried by coach seven miles from the Theatre of Dreams to Carrington. The revitalised training ground only opened in August and supporters will be able to take in its surroundings as part of a four-hour tour.
The £50million hub , which opened in August, was renovated over the course of last season having fallen behind the facilities of the Premier League rivals. The training ground's home has been at Carrington since January 2000, when they left their longstanding base, The Cliff, to move into a facility that cost £14.3m to build.
Ruben Amorim's side now have a state-of-the-art complex at their disposal. The complex has seen its medical areas vastly improved, with players’ wellbeing put at the forefront of the design, which has even included the construction of a barbershop adjacent to the restaurant.
United fans will be provided with access to the dressing room, gym, recovery areas and press conference room, in addition to the players’ lounge. They will not be permitted to take photographs of United’s inner sanctum, however.
Tours will begin at the end of the season, from June, as their players jet off for the World Cup. The club will charge £100 for adults, over 65s and under 16s, per reports.
The transformation of the training ground appears to have been well-needed. Its condition was highlighted by Cristiano Ronaldo following his most recent Old Trafford exit in 2022.
"Nothing changed, surprisingly," the superstar said, comparing the facilities between his first and second spells. "Not only the pool, the jacuzzi, even the gym. Even the kitchen, the chefs, whom I appreciate – lovely people. They stopped in time. It surprised me a lot.

"I thought I would see other things, technologies and infrastructure. Unfortunately, we see a lot of what I used to see at 21, 22 and 23 years old. It really surprised me. Since Ferguson left, I haven't seen an evolution at the club."
Speaking at the opening of the facility, Sir Jim Ratcliffe said: “This is one of the most recognised brands in the world . It stands shoulder to shoulder with Coca-Cola and Apple.
“The club has to compete at the highest level that is appropriate to the size and history of the club. While a world-class training facility won’t take us to that position alone, it is one of the key ingredients in the modern facility. Now we have one."
