Manchester United Are In The Mix To Sign This Bournemouth Star: Should Amorim Get Him On Board?
In a recent report , Fichajes revealed that Manchester United are in the mix to sign Bournemouth star Antoine Semenyo . It has been stated that the Red Devils would face competition in the form of Manchester City , Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur in the race to land the Ghanaian speedster next year.
Semenyo has enjoyed a great run of form at the English club in this campaign so far and deserves credit for producing a handful of promising displays for them in the Premier League . The Ghana international has found the back of the net six times and earned three assists in 12 matches for the Cherries this season across multiple competitions.
The 25-year-old has been a reliable presence in the final third as he is averaging 1.91 shots per 90 minutes in the Premier League . He has kept 57.1% of his attempts on target. However, Semenyo needs to improve his ball distribution after making just 69.4% of his attempted passes in the English first division (stats via fbref.com ).
His current contract at the Vitality Stadium will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it difficult for the Red Devils to sign him on the cheap next year.

Semenyo is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and can make some dangerous runs with it out in the wide areas. He has got the eye to play some decisive passes in the final third and can shoot the ball with venom from long range.
The London-born talent is primarily a right-winger but can also function as a left-sided wide player or as a centre-forward if asked to do so. He is already quite familiar with the Premier League and won’t take much time to settle into life at the Mancunian club.
We can expect Semenyo to bring more quality and depth to Man United boss Ruben Amorim’s frontline. He is more than capable of earning a regular first-team spot at Old Trafford.
At 25, Semenyo has got his best years ahead of him. Thus, the Red Devils should try to go all out to get him on board this January or at the end of this campaign.
