Sancho to Dortmund? Kehl Hints at Shock €18m Return

When asked about the speculation on Thursday, BVB sporting director Sebastian Kehl declined to rule anything out.
“We will definitely still do something, but we are also limited in what we can do,” Kehl said.
“He is constantly being linked with us. I understand the desire, also regarding names, I understand the wish for lots of speculation. We are considering things within the scope of our possibilities,” he added, emphasizing that the club “has to operate within economic constraints.”
Manchester United are reportedly demanding around €18 million for Sancho, who would have to take a significant pay cut to return to Signal Iduna Park.
Borussia Dortmund are also exploring the possibility of bringing Chelsea’s Carney Chukwuemeka back to Signal Iduna Park after he spent the second half of last season on loan there.
Brighton & Hove Albion’s Diego Buonanotte is said to be an alternative to Chukwuemeka.
